Role Description This is a full time, on-site Content Creator – Fashion & Social Media role based in Coimbatore. The role involves planning, creating, and publishing fashion-focused content across social media platforms and other digital channels, aligned with the brand’s voice and aesthetic. Daily tasks include conceptualizing photo and video content, coordinating with design and marketing teams, writing engaging captions and short-form copy, and managing content calendars.

The Content

Creator will capture behind-the-scenes footage, assist during shoots, track content performance, and suggest improvements based on audience engagement and trends.



The role also includes staying updated on menswear, pop culture, and social media best practices to keep the brand’s presence fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

- Strong content creation skills, including short-form copywriting, caption writing, and storytelling tailored for fashion and lifestyle audiences.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok/Reels or similar), including basic analytics and content scheduling.
- Basic photography and videography skills, with familiarity in mobile or camera-based content creation and simple editing tools.
- Understanding of fashion trends, menswear styling, and visual aesthetics relevant to bold, contemporary fashion brands.
- Ability to collaborate with design, marketing, and production teams, and to work on-site in a fast-paced, creative setting.
- Strong organizational skills, including managing content calendars and meeting deadlines.
- Relevant education in Fashion, Media, Communications, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in fashion content creation, social media management, or influencer collaborations is an advantage.
