Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and self-driven Social Media & Content Creator who is passionate about storytelling through videos, photos, and digital content. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, filming, editing, and publishing engaging content across multiple social media platforms while supporting the company's branding and marketing initiatives.

The candidate should be comfortable visiting different properties or locations, interacting with people, and creating high-quality visual content that attracts and engages audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

- Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Shoot high-quality videos and photographs using mobile phones or cameras.
- Create Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards for marketing campaigns.
- Willingness to travel across all our properties for content shoots.

Video Editing & Design

- Edit videos, add transitions, subtitles, music, animations, and motion graphics.
- Design posters, banners, brochures, social media creatives, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all content follows the company's branding guidelines.

Social Media Management

- Manage scheduled/planned posting schedules across social media platforms.
- Write engaging captions and relevant hashtags.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Track social media trends and implement innovative content ideas.
- Basic SEO knowledge and website content/gallery updates.

Voice Over & Presentation

- Record professional voice-overs in English, Hindi or Gujarati.




- Present confidently in front of the camera whenever required.
- Collaborate with team members for interviews, promotional videos, and customer testimonials.

Marketing Support

- Assist in executing online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather promotional content.
- Promote hotel services, events, restaurants, offers, and special campaigns through digital media.
- Help increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and online reach.

Branding

- Maintain a consistent brand image across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and content strategies.
- Suggest innovative ideas to improve digital presence and customer engagement.

Required Skills

- Comfortable using professional content creation equipment such as DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, iPhone, gimbals, microphones, lighting equipment, and other content production tools and strong video editing skills.
- Knowledge of photography and basic lighting techniques and knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, etc.
- Proficiency in Canva or equivalent design software. Can design basic marketing creatives such as social media posts, flyers, posters, brochures, banners, and promotional materials will have an added advantage.
- Experience with video editing tools.
- Basic graphic design knowledge.
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and digital marketing concepts.
- Creative thinking with excellent storytelling ability.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
