Social Media & Content Coordination

Manage and maintain the social media content calendar across relevant platforms.

Coordinate with internal teams, creative agencies, and other stakeholders for content requirements and approvals.

Schedule and publish social media posts as per the approved content calendar.

Follow up on content drafts, creatives, approvals, and required changes to ensure timely execution.

Track the status of planned posts and highlight delays or pending actions.

Ensure that approved content is published accurately and within timelines.

Maintain records of published content, upcoming posts, and campaign activities.

Support the team in coordinating social media campaigns and other digital initiatives.

Operations & Coordination

Maintain trackers, logs, reports, and other operational records.

Keep access sheets and relevant databases updated.

Organize and maintain documents, creative assets, reports, and other team records.

Coordinate follow-ups with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Track pending actions and ensure timely closure of assigned activities.





Assist in preparing regular updates and status reports for ongoing activities.

Support coordination for meetings, campaigns, events, and other team initiatives as required.

Assist with recent projects and ad hoc tasks based on business and team requirements.
