A3M Consultants is a boutique strategy and execution consulting firm. We work with startups and growth-stage businesses across India, the US, Europe, and the Middle East. Our work spans pitch decks, financial modelling, detailed project reports, go-to-market strategy, market entry consulting, and investor outreach.
About the role
We are looking for a generalist intern to work closely with our consulting team across day-to-day client and business operations. This is not a narrow, single-task internship. You will get exposure to how a real consulting engagement runs, from research to client delivery to internal operations.
What you will do
- Support research for client projects: market sizing, competitor analysis, industry data
- Help build and refine pitch decks, financial models, and business plan documents
- Assist with client communication, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Support proposal and outreach work, including materials for new client pitches
- Help with internal operations: tracking projects, organising documents, coordinating between team members
- Take on ad hoc research and writing tasks as they come up
What we are looking for
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field
- Solid written English and comfort putting together structured documents
- Basic comfort with Excel or Google Sheets
- Knowledge of using AI tools and interest in learning more on the go
- Curious, organised, and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Prior internship or project experience in consulting, startups, or business research is a plus but not required
