Role Description The Consulting Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for leading client engagements and driving strategic initiatives across COTROU’s service areas. This role involves assessing client needs, conducting business diagnostics, and developing tailored consulting solutions in areas such as growth strategy, digital transformation, workforce development, and operational improvement.
The Consulting
Partner will collaborate closely with client leadership teams, facilitate training and workshops, and provide advisory support on market expansion, compliance, and process optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing consulting projects end-to-end,
preparing proposals and presentations, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring measurable outcomes and client satisfaction. The individual will also contribute to internal knowledge development, support business development activities, and help strengthen COTROU’s service offerings and partnerships.
Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Management Consulting skills, with experience designing and implementing strategic and operational solutions for diverse organizations.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, conduct research, perform diagnostics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including stakeholder management, presentation abilities, and professional report and proposal writing.
Candidates should possess Training capabilities, including facilitating workshops, coaching teams, and supporting workforce development initiatives.
Relevant experience in business growth, digital transformation, or AI enablement, and familiarity with SMEs, startups, or enterprise environments is beneficial.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in consulting or advisory roles, is preferred.
Robust organizational and project management abilities, a collaborative working style, and the capacity to operate in a fast-paced, client-focused environment are advantageous.
