Daily Transport Coordination

- Assist in planning and dispatching crew transport schedules based on flight rosters.

- Monitor real-time crew movement and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.

- Coordinate with vendors and drivers to handle delays, route changes, or emergencies.

Vendor Liaison

- Act as the first point of contact for vendors and drivers on-ground.

- Highlight vendor performance issues and escalate to reporting manager.

- Conduct basic checks on vehicle condition and driver conduct.

Automation &

- Tracking

- Use transport management systems and GPS tools to track vehicle movement.

- Maintain trip logs, transport records, and exception reports in the system.

- Report system issues or discrepancies for resolution.

Safety &

- Compliance

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and grooming standards.

- Conduct basic vehicle and driver checks before dispatch (seat belts, cleanliness, ID verification).

- Report safety incidents or violations promptly.

MIS &

- Documentation

- Maintain daily transport logs, attendance, and incident reports.





- Support preparation of MIS reports (utilization, punctuality, etc.).

- Ensure documentation is audit-ready and updated.

Crew Support

- Assist crew members with transport-related queries.

- Coordinate alternate arrangements when required.

- Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with stakeholders.

Technical Skills

- Basic knowledge of transport/logistics operations

- Familiarity with tracking systems and MIS reporting

Qualifications And Experience

- Graduate

- 3–5 years of experience in transport / logistics operations

- Experience in aviation or fleet operations preferred
