Role Description The Construction Project Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves daily coordination with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include planning project timelines, managing resources, tracking progress, and resolving operational issues at the site. The role also covers cost control, monitoring procurement and subcontractor performance,



and maintaining compliance with local regulations and company policies.

The Construction Project

Manager will prepare and review project documentation, report on status and risks, and support continuous improvement in construction processes.

Qualifications

- Strong project management capabilities, including Project Management and Construction Project Management skills.
- Experience in Construction Management and Project Coordination to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control to manage project finances effectively.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety standards, and local building regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience managing luxurious villa construction projects, preferably in Pune or similar urban or remote area.
- Experience in billing of constriction and PMC compliances.
- Ability to lead on-site teams, communicate clearly, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and readiness to work on-site as per project requirements.
