We're seeking an experienced, reliable construction laborer to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities

- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Support carpenters, masons, and other skilled tradespeople
- Drive company vehicle to pick up and deliver materials to client sites across Central New Jersey




- Load and unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
- Assist with demolition, digging, framing, and general construction tasks
- Transport materials to various locations on job sites

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of related construction experience
- Pass criminal background check
- Valid driver's license & clean driving abstract (required)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Solid understanding of construction safety practices and guidelines
