Key Responsibilities â Concrete Operations Oversight: Manage all activities pertaining to concrete,

â Technical Calculations & Ordering: Calculate total MQB requirements and place accurate concrete orders based on technical specifications.
â Quality Control: Inspect concrete quality and flow; monitor transit mixers to ensure material integrity.
â Execution & Finishing: Supervise the preparation, placement, installation,
finishing, and curing of concrete, including necessary repairs to walls and beams.
â Manpower Management: Effectively handle and lead site personnel (10% of the role).
â Problem Resolution: Resolve technical and operational issues to ensure project quality and timely completion (10% of the role).
