Job Role

We are looking for a Computer Teacher / IT Trainer who can deliver engaging, practical, and student-friendly computer training.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Computer Fundamentals, Windows, Internet & Digital Skills.

Conduct practical classes on MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Train students in Canva and basic digital content creation.

Explain concepts through practical activities and real-life examples.

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, quizzes, and practice exercises.

Monitor students' learning progress and maintain attendance records.

Conduct tests and provide constructive feedback.

Maintain a positive, disciplined, and interactive classroom environment.

Support workshops, seminars, assessments, and other LakshyaEd activities.

Help students develop confidence and job-oriented digital skills.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of MS Office and Computer Fundamentals.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Internet, Email and Digital Tools.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to teach students from different age groups.

Patience,



creativity, and a positive attitude toward students.

Comfortable conducting practical computer lab sessions.

Educational Qualification

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

Diploma, BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science), B.Tech, MCA or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.

Relevant teaching/training certification is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience as a Computer Teacher, IT Trainer, Computer Instructor, or Faculty is preferred.

Freshers with excellent practical computer knowledge and communication skills may also apply.

Salary

₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month, depending on qualification, experience, teaching ability, and performance.
