Job Title: E-commerce Order Processing Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Receive and book customer orders from the e-commerce website.
- Check customer details, product details, quantity, and price.
- Check product availability before processing the order.
- Enter and update orders correctly in the company software/ERP.
- Prepare invoices for customer orders.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking and packing.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely shipment.
- Update the order status after dispatch.
- Check and handle order-related issues or errors.
- Maintain proper records of all orders.
- Follow up on pending orders when required.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
