Job Overview

Gagare Associates is seeking a disciplined and meticulous Computer Operator to oversee daily digital record-keeping, manage internal database updates, handle document formatting, and support general administrative IT operations. The ideal candidate will possess fast, accurate typing skills, solid knowledge of MS Office, and experience managing digital files securely.

Responsibilities

- Data Entry Database Management
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in company databases, spreadsheets, and management systems.
- Transcribe information from physical documents, handwritten notes, and scanned invoices into digital records.
- Perform regular data auditing and verification to remove duplicate records, correct typos, and resolve data discrepancies.
- Document Processing Printing Operations
- Draft, format, and print official letters, reports, invoices, billing summaries, and correspondence using MS Word and MS Excel.




- Operate and maintain office automation equipment, including high-speed printers, scanners, photocopiers, and digital storage drives.
- Manage physical and digital filing systems, ensuring all records are indexed, backed up, and easily retrievable.
- Email Communications Reporting
- Monitor the central company inbox, organize incoming digital correspondence, and forward queries to appropriate departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work summaries and log reports for internal management review.
- Ensure data security, confidentiality, and proper handling of sensitive client and financial information.
