Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) Engineer based in Nellore Mandal. The CFD Engineer will develop and run numerical simulations to analyze fluid flow, heat transfer, and aerodynamic performance for various engineering applications.

Daily responsibilities include building and validating CFD models, preparing geometries and meshes, setting up boundary conditions, and interpreting simulation results to support design decisions. The role involves documenting findings in technical reports, presenting recommendations to project stakeholders, and collaborating with design, testing, and manufacturing teams to optimize products and processes. The CFD Engineer will also help refine internal analysis workflows, maintain best practices for simulation accuracy,



and stay current with advances in CFD tools and methods.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Fluid Mechanics and Fluid Dynamics for analyzing and interpreting complex flow behavior.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Thermal Analysis and Heat Transfer to evaluate temperature distributions and thermal performance.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Aerodynamics to assess drag, lift, and flow characteristics around structures and components.
- Proficiency with CFD software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, CFX, OpenFOAM, or similar) and meshing tools, including pre- and post-processing workflows.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in numerical methods, continuum mechanics, and validation of simulation results against experimental or analytical data.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical report-writing skills, with the ability to communicate findings clearly to multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Nellore Mandal, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
