About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Compliance Support Intern to assist the Compliance team in maintaining regulatory documentation, ensuring process adherence, and supporting day-to-day compliance activities. This internship offers practical exposure to compliance operations and corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining compliance records and documentation.
- Organize, verify, and update employee and company compliance files.
- Support the preparation and submission of statutory and regulatory documents.
- Track compliance deadlines and maintain compliance trackers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents.
- Assist in conducting document audits and compliance checks.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and MIS related to compliance activities.
- Ensure proper filing (physical and digital) of confidential documents.
- Support the team in policy documentation and process improvements.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Compliance team.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree (B.Com, BBA, MBA, LLB, M.Com, or related field).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of compliance, legal documentation, or HR processes is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
