Role: Compliance Specialist (Night Shift)

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain product compliance documentation to support global regulatory and customer requirements.
- Support site-specific product compliance initiatives by ensuring adherence to facility-, customer-, and region-specific regulatory, quality, and environmental requirements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain ongoing compliance.
- Ensure compliance with international product regulations and environmental directives, including REACH, RoHS, TSCA, PFAS, Proposition 65, and other applicable global requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Suppliers, and Customers to obtain and validate compliance data.




- Review supplier documentation for completeness and regulatory compliance and follow up on outstanding requests.
- Support IMDS submissions and maintain accurate material data records to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor changes to global product compliance regulations and assist in implementing updated compliance requirements.
- Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues, documentation discrepancies, and customer inquiries.
- We are looking to hire a candidate with 3 to 4 years of experience who has completed an Engineering degree, preferably with a background in the Manufacturing industry.
