Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Answer customer calls, chats, and emails about food quality, safety, or service.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate customer complaints regarding foreign objects, illness, or bad taste, and offer fair solutions.
- Compliance Tracking: Log and track issues that break food safety rules or internal quality guidelines.
- Policy Communication: Explain safety rules, ingredient lists, and company return policies clearly to customers.
- Report Generation: Make daily logs of complaints to find safety trends or repeated kitchen and delivery errors.
- Cross-Department Work: Share urgent customer complaints with the quality control or food safety team for quick action
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
