nWe are looking for someone to lead Compliance at Scapia.

NAs the Compliance lead, you will play a critical part in driving a culture of compliance

Nworking closely with leaders across the board.

NFocus Areas:

- Develop a comprehensive credit and lending compliance policies, procedures,

nand controls as per latest guidelines

- Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks
N

nassociated with co-branded credit card operations.

- Set up robust monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track compliance,
N

nconduct internal audits, and create reports for leadership and regulatory authorities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, risk management,
N

nand product development,



to integrate compliance measures into our credit and lending processes.

- Help set up new processes for NBFC and lending operations
N
- Foster relationships with regulatory authorities, and staying updated on regulatory changes that impact our business.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate the evolving credit and lending regulatory landscape to adapt compliance strategies accordingly.

nProfile:

N

n
- Masters in Law/Finance & 6+ years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in fintech space
N
- In-depth knowledge of credit and lending regulations, including but not limited to consumer lending, business lending, fair lending practices, credit reporting,and privacy laws
N
- Build from scratch and implement credit and lending compliance policies
N
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with regulatory authorities
N
- Experience in engaging with regulatory bodies and maintaining positive relationships with relevant stakeholders.
N
- Mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and execution excellence
