About the Role

We are looking for a Compliance Associate to support the Company's compliance function across India and international markets. The role involves working closely with business teams, regulators, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys navigating complex regulatory environments, working across jurisdictions, and building practical compliance solutions in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage compliance requirements across domestic and international markets.
- Track regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business.
- Support obtaining and maintaining licenses, registrations, approvals, and certifications.
- Coordinate with regulators, government authorities, industry bodies, and external consultants.
- Assist in responding to regulatory notices, audits, inspections, and information requests.
- Conduct regulatory and compliance research across jurisdictions.




- Support market-entry, product, advertising, consumer protection, import-export, and other regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.
- Maintain compliance records, trackers, and reporting mechanisms.
- Assist in developing policies, SOPs, compliance frameworks, and training programs.
- Drive process improvements and leverage technology to strengthen compliance management.

Desired Profile

- 3–5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory, legal, risk, or governance functions.
- Experience in FMCG, consumer products, retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, or similar sectors preferred.
- Solid research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of ownership, attention to detail, and execution capability.
- Exposure to international compliance or multi-jurisdictional regulatory matters will be an advantage.
