About The Role We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Community Manager to drive member engagement, manage client relationships, and create a vibrant and team-oriented community environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering strong relationships with members, coordinating events, and ensuring a seamless experience at our studio.

What Makes The Role Successful  Build and maintain strong relationships with external & internal Stakeholders to enhance overall engagement and satisfaction.

 Plan and execute initiatives such as networking sessions, workshops, and engagement events.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination of activities while fostering a strong sense of belonging and promoting team-building within the studio.





 Coordinate with external vendors and independent event companies for successful event execution.

 Support client meetings, partnerships, and engagement initiatives that strengthen the ecosystem.

 Monitor feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall member experience.

 Act as the primary point of contact for queries and ensure timely resolution of concerns.

What We’re Looking For  Relevant years of experience in community management, client engagement, event coordination, or relationship management roles.

 Experience in business centres, coworking spaces, or community-driven environments is preferred.

 Ability to build meaningful relationships and manage external & internal stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

 Proven ability to plan and execute community initiatives, events, and engagement activities.

 Experience in coordinating with vendors, partners, and external service providers.

 Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in fast-paced environments.

 A collaborative mindset with the ability to foster a positive and engaging company’s culture.
