ASCENT India Foundation, founded in 2012 by Harsh Mariwala (Chairman Marico Ltd. and Founder KAYA Ltd.), brings together 1,300+ entrepreneurs across India through peer-led Trust Groups (TGs). These groups create a high-trust environment where founders learn from each other and grow together, embodying the “Power of the Collective.”

Role Objective: To build and sustain a deeply engaged entrepreneurial community by strengthening member experience, ensuring effective Trust Group functioning, and driving meaningful participation across all community touchpoints.

K ey Responsibilities:

- Community & Member Engagement
- Own the end-to-end member experience after onboarding to sustained engagement.
- Build strong relationships with mapped Trust Group members and ensure active participation across Trust Groups meetings and regional events.
- Identify early signs of disengagement and drive timely rejuvenation interventions. Trust Group Effectiveness
- Enable formation and smooth functioning of Trust Groups.
- Work closely with Trust Group Facilitators and Co Facilitators to strengthen group dynamics, trust, and accountability.
- Monitor group health and step in to recalibrate where required. Programming & Experiences




- Plan and execute curated regional engagements such as huddles, knowledge, and mentoring sessions along with the executive team.
- Capture insights and reflections to continuously improve future programming. Member Retention & Value Creation
- Drive continuous engagement and reinforce the value of the ASCENT community
- Re-engage inactive members and strengthen overall community stickiness
- Capture and amplify member success stories Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Track engagement, participation, and Trust Group health through structured dashboards
- Translate data and qualitative feedback into actionable insights
- Continuously refine approaches to improve member experience and community effectiveness

Experience Required:

- Continuously refine approaches to improve member experience and
- 5 - 8 years in community building, program management, or stakeholder engagement
- Experience working with founders, entrepreneurs, or CXOs is mandately
- Robust ability to manage relationships in high-trust environments
- High ownership with strong execution discipline
