• Communication Manager (Junior) to join our team. Whether you're a fresher eager to build your career or have up to 1 year of experience, we'd love to hear from you! This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, e-commerce, customer communication, and operations. ? Preferred: Candidates from NIFT or Pearl Academy, especially with a background in Fashion Communication. ? Key Responsibilities: ✨ Manage customer communications before and after purchase, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. ?️ Handle Shopify backend and website management. ? Manage product launches on the website. ? Coordinate online and offline order management, tracking, and follow-ups. ? Build and manage relationships with PR agencies, bloggers, overseas buyers, MBOs, and third-party vendors. ? Create order sheets, buyer line sheets, look-books, and manage customized client orders. ? Maintain website and store inventory accurately. ? Coordinate with merchandising, production, and logistics teams for timely order dispatch.



? Assist with social media postings and customer queries. ? Support customers at the physical store and maintain visual merchandising (VM). ?
