First House is a modern all-day café built on one simple belief: great food starts from scratch. We don’t believe in shortcuts, frozen convenience, or pre-made products. Every sauce, dough, pasta, dressing, and dessert is crafted in-house with care.

We’re looking for passionate young chefs who want to learn, grow, and build something special from day one.

Responsibilities

- Assist in daily food preparation and mise en place.
- Prepare dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support senior chefs during service.
- Help with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory.
- Ensure consistency in presentation and portioning.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (freshers from IHM or culinary institutes are welcome).




- Basic knowledge of continental cuisine and kitchen operations.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and robust work ethic.
- Passion for cooking from scratch.
