Commis 1 Chef – TRRINZO PIZZERIA

TRRINZO PIZZERIA is hiring an experienced Commis 1 Chef for our restaurant in Bardoli, Gujarat.

We are looking for a hardworking and skilled kitchen professional who can support daily kitchen operations and independently handle basic preparation and assigned stations during service.

Job Details

- Position: Commis 1 Chef
- Location: Bardoli, Gujarat
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Food: Provided
- Accommodation: Provided
- Weekly Off: 1 day per week
- Working Hours: Approximately 10 working hours per day as per kitchen roster

Required Skills

- Dough stretching and pizza base handling
- Basic pizza preparation and topping
- Pizza oven handling
- Basic kitchen preparation
- Mise en place preparation
- Vegetable cutting and ingredient preparation
- Understanding of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service hours
- Ability to follow recipes, portion sizes and kitchen SOPs

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and mise en place before service.
- Assist with pizza dough stretching and preparation.
- Handle pizza topping and basic oven operations as assigned.
- Prepare ingredients for pizza, pasta, garlic bread and other menu items.




- Maintain proper portion control and food quality.
- Follow FIFO, stock rotation and expiry-control procedures.
- Keep the assigned kitchen station clean and organised.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Assist CDP, DCDP and Kitchen Head during service.
- Work efficiently during dinner rush, weekends and high-volume operations.
- Minimise food wastage and report stock shortages.
- Complete opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned.

Experience Minimum 1–2 years of professional restaurant or commercial kitchen experience is preferred.

Candidates with previous experience in a pizzeria, Italian restaurant, QSR, café or fast-food kitchen will be preferred.

Candidates willing to relocate to Bardoli, Gujarat are welcome to apply.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
