We are on the hunt for a motivated Commis 3 (Entry-Level Line Cook) to join our American cuisine kitchen. If you have a passion for fire, flavor, and quick-paced service, we want to hear from you.

This is the perfect role for culinary grads or anyone with 0-1 years of experience who wants to learn the right way. You'll work directly under our Chef de Partie, mastering everything from butchery to classic sauces, while grinding through high-volume dinner services.

What you'll be doing

- Prepping mise en place and portioning proteins.
- Executing grilling, sautéing, and plating to spec.
- Maintaining top-tier hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Communicating effectively during busy rushes.

What we're looking for
- Basic knife skills and kitchen knowledge
- A sense of urgency and ability to work clean
- Eagerness to learn and take feedback
