Commercial Executive

Experience: 3+ years in Manufacturing organization

Location : Anna Nagar 2 nd Avenue (office); Ayanambakkam, Chennai (factory office)

(should have own 2-wheeler; candidate should be willing to go to both locations)

Required Candidate profile

Qualification

:

· MBA/M.Com/Logistics Diplomas, other skill certification etc.

· Excellent oral & written communication & presentation skills – English/Tamil/Spoken Hindi

· Must be Tech Savvy and having smart personality.

· Prefer 25-35 yrs.

- Import/Export Documentations & Import /Export Clearing
- All Compliances – PCB. EB, DIC, Fire, Health, Building, Property Taxes, Running Licenses

· Factories ACT

· ESI (Maintaining Records)

· EPF (Maintaining Records)

- Purchases Misc. and all necessary items for supply chain for factory / office / support purposes




- Vendor & Service development for operations Factory/office
- Tally – Invoicing, Delivery Challans, Stock items, E-way bills, etc.,
- Customer Coordination for sales, delivery, transportation,
- Reports in Word/Excel/PP – preparation and collation

· Sales analysis – grade/party

· Production Plan

· Factory Reports

- Stock Taking Reports & Re-conciliation
- ISO Certification & customers audit compliances – Maintain all internal ISO records, Management representative (ISO)
- Procurement and Sales:

· Correspondence & Quotations

· Follow-ups

- Labour compliances:

· Payroll – Computation & Filing

· Labour Management : Records of workforce & staff

· Current Labour policies & upkeep hiring
