Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical or related discipline) is preferred.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales/Operations is an added advantage.

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Commercial Head to lead the commercial operations and sales coordination activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, preparing techno-commercial quotations, driving business development, supporting the sales team, monitoring commercial performance, and ensuring timely reporting. The candidate should possess strong leadership, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer enquiries and coordinate with internal departments for timely responses.
- Generate current business leads and identify potential customers.
- Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to prepare techno-commercial quotations.
- Review quotations with management before submission to customers.
- Handle RFQ submissions and participate in online tender/bidding portals.
- Follow up with customers and the sales team to convert quotations into confirmed orders.
- Monitor daily and weekly sales activities and prepare performance reports.
- Lead, mentor, motivate,



and guide the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Track outstanding receivables,advance payments, and coordinate with customers for timely collections.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports,sales analysis, and focus plans before the end of every month.
- Maintain and update commercial data using Google Sheets and other reporting tools.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Handle multiple commercial activities simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Required Skills

- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Experience in quotation management and tender/RFQ handling.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.

Preferred Requirements

- Engineering background with the ability to understand technical drawings and engineering products.
- Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Experience in engineering,manufacturing, construction, or industrial product companies is preferred.
