We run a fast-growing agency that turns comedians' live sets into viral short-form clips (TikTok, Reels, Shorts). We're hiring a CLIP FINDER: you watch raw stand-up footage, find the ---------- nts that will stop a scroll, and log them with timestamps, a text hook, and a caption.

This is NOT a video editing job. You never open an editing app. Your skill is pure taste and clip selection, knowing which 40 seconds of a 60-minute set will make a stranger laugh, and writing the text hook that makes them stay.

You'll work inside our system (Airtable + Slack + Claude + a written brief per comedian). Everything is documented. you'll always know exactly what a good clip looks like for each client.

The position is part time with the possibility of full time as you improve.

What You'll Do

- Watch raw comedy footage (30–90 min sets) and find every postable ---------- nt
- Log each clip: start/end timestamps, a text hook, caption + hashtags
- Follow each comedian's written brief, what works for their audience is documented
- Turn batches around within 12–24 hours of claiming them

Requirements





- Excellent English. you'll write hooks and captions natives will read
- You genuinely watch and love stand-up / comedy content
- Reliable internet, able to stream long videos
- Detail-obsessed: exact timestamps, exact instructions
- Available for quick turnarounds (we assign work most days)

PAY & GROWTH
- Per clip pay: $0.75 per clip that passes quality control starting out rates go to $1.5 per clip
- Robust finders average 30–60 logged clips per full set, do the math
- Consistent quality = more clients assigned to you, priority on new footage
