Business Development Executive – AI Trainings & College Partnerships About the RoleWe are looking for a highly energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help us expand our presence across engineering colleges and build solid relationships with students, faculty, placement cells, and college management. The role involves college partnerships, AI workshops, hackathons, student engagement, social media promotion, and student enrollment for our AI courses and programs.

Key Responsibilities: Connect with engineering colleges, universities, and educational institutions . Contact HODs, faculty members, placement officers, training & placement cells, and college management . Pitch and coordinate AI workshops, seminars, bootcamps, hackathons, competitions, and technical events .

Build long-term partnerships with colleges for recurring programs and student activities. Generate leads and convert interested students into AI courses, internships, workshops, and other programs . Conduct student outreach activities inside colleges and through online channels.

Promote our brand, programs, workshops, and events through Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms .



Coordinate with the internal training and marketing teams to execute college events successfully. Help organize and manage AI hackathons, competitions, meetups, and student communities .

Follow up with college contacts and student leads regularly. Maintain records of college contacts, leads, meetings, event opportunities, and conversions. Achieve monthly targets for college partnerships, workshops, student enrollments, and business development .

What we are looking for : ForExcellent communication and convincing skills . Confident in speaking with college authorities, faculty, and students. Strong interest in AI, technology, education, and the startup ecosystem .

Willingness to travel to colleges for meetings and events. Good networking and relationship-building ability. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive. Comfortable using Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms .
