? Position: Collection Manager

? Department: Collections

? Experience: Candidates from a Collections background preferred

? Team Requirement: Must be able to join with a minimum of 10 Collection Officers (COs)

? Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and drive collection performance for the assigned portfolio
- Lead, monitor and motivate the Collection Officer team
- Achieve monthly collection and productivity targets
- Ensure effective field operations and regular performance tracking
- Handle team hiring, training and daily operational requirements
- Drive portfolio quality and improve collection efficiency

Candidate Profile

✅ Prior experience in Collections / Field Collections

✅ Solid team-handling and leadership skills

✅ Proven track record of achieving collection targets

✅ Strong local market knowledge and team network

✅ Ability to join with 10+ Collection Officers

✅ Immediate joiners will be given preference
