Role Description The Collections Executive B2B2C is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing and optimizing collections from both business partners and end customers. The role involves following up on overdue accounts, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts while maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners.

The Collections

Executive will review customer accounts, assess payment behavior, and coordinate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and customer support to resolve issues.



Daily tasks include updating collection records, preparing reports on collection performance, adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines, and using data insights to improve collection strategies. The role also requires adherence to professional communication standards and proactive escalation of high-risk cases to senior team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Credit Control and Finance skills, with an understanding of lending products and basic credit assessment.
- Candidates should possess effective Debt Collection and recovery skills, including negotiation, follow-up, and ability to manage B2B2C portfolios.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Prior experience in collections is preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage targets, and handle multiple accounts with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with MS Office and collection/CRM tools, and comfort working in a technology-led environment.
