Hiring: Collection Executive

Location: Saket, New Delhi

We are looking for a Collection Executive to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Follow up with customers for overdue payments.
- Maintain regular communication with customers through calls.
- Ensure timely collection and recovery of outstanding amounts.
- Update collection records and customer interactions in the system.
- Resolve customer queries related to payments and dues.
- Achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining qualified conduct.

Eligibility:

- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in collections, telecalling, or customer service will be preferred.

Salary: As per company standards + Incentives
