– Collection Executive Job Title: Collection Executive Department: Collections Location: Noida Sector 5 Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Collection Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, resolving payment-related queries, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach. Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers via phone regarding pending or overdue payments.

Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding dues. Negotiate payment plans within company guidelines when required. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.

Update collection status in the CRM/system after every call. Resolve customer queries related to payments and accounts. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. Escalate complex cases to the Team Leader or Supervisor when necessary.

Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.





Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply (as per process requirement). Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
