We are hiring Collection Executives for our tele-calling team at Credresolve, Gurgaon.
(JD):
- Handling outbound calls for collections
- Following up with customers for pending payments
- Maintaining call records and updating systems
- Achieving assigned collection targets
- Ensuring skilled and compliant communication
Eligibility:
- Minimum 6 Months - 1 year experience in Collections
- Must be confident with excellent communication skills
Salary : 16k to 20k
