Company Description Arman Financial Services Limited (ASFL) is a Reserve Bank of India registered Non-Banking Finance Company – Asset Finance Company (NBFC-AFC) focused on rural and semi-rural financing. Role Description This is a full-time, in office Collection Executive role based in Jaipur.
The Collection
Executive will focus on timely recovery of dues from customers, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Daily responsibilities include contacting customers through phone calls and field visits, explaining outstanding amounts, negotiating repayment plans, and updating collection records in internal systems. The role involves coordinating with the credit and finance teams to resolve account discrepancies, monitoring overdue accounts, and recommending appropriate follow-up actions.
The Collection
Executive will also support customer queries, maintain professional communication, and contribute to overall portfolio quality and risk control.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Credit Control and Debt Collection skills, including experience managing overdue accounts and implementing recovery strategies.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess customer payment behavior, identify risks, and propose suitable repayment solutions.
- Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Finance, particularly retail lending and microfinance operations.
- Relevant experience in collections, field operations, or customer relationship management in financial services is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, travel locally for field visits, and manage time and priorities effectively.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; a degree in commerce, finance, or business will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of local language(s) and basic computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry in collection systems) will be beneficial.
