- Production Roasting Sample Roasting Roast Profile Development Roast Curve Analysis Daily Cupping & Sensory Evaluation Green Coffee Evaluation Quality Control Roast Defect Identification Batch Consistency Management Washed, Natural, Honey, Anaerobic & Experimental Processing Diedrich IR-12 Aillio Bullet R1 Inventory Management Production Planning.
- Manage roasting operations using Aillio Bullet R1.
- Develop roast profiles to achieve target flavor characteristics.

Conduct cupping sessions and sensory evaluation. Assist in inventory management and green coffee handling.

Maintain roasting consistency and production efficiency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
