- Operate coffee roasting system for daily production roasting.

- Develop and optimize roast profiles for various origins and processing methods. Conduct daily cupping sessions for quality assurance and sensory calibration. Perform monthly sample roasting and green coffee evaluation.

- Analyze roast curves, RoR, development time, and roast progression.

- Work with washed, natural, honey, anaerobic, carbonic maceration, and experimental coffees.

- Coordinate green coffee handling, inventory management, and production planning.
