Role Description The Coaching and Academic & Counselling role at राधे The Vision is a full-time hybrid position based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for work from home. In this role, the professional will guide UPSC aspirants through structured study plans, provide individual and group coaching sessions, and support them in building effective exam strategies.

Day-to-day responsibilities include academic mentoring, career and exam counselling, facilitating answer writing practice, offering feedback on test performance, and helping learners integrate current affairs into their preparation. The role also involves maintaining regular communication with aspirants, tracking their progress, and collaborating with the team to improve learning materials and mentorship processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong coaching-related skills,



including Job Coaching and Coaching focused on academic and exam preparation.
- Candidates should possess effective interpersonal skills, including Interpersonal Skills and Communication, to engage constructively with diverse learners.
- Candidates should possess Career Counseling skills, with the ability to guide aspirants on preparation strategies, timelines, and career pathways within civil services.
- Solid understanding of UPSC Civil Services Examination pattern, syllabus, and preparation approaches; prior experience as a mentor, faculty member, or successful aspirant is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline; backgrounds in humanities, social sciences, public administration, or related fields are a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment from New Delhi, manage multiple learners’ schedules, and use online platforms and digital tools for teaching and mentoring.
- Strong analytical and writing skills, particularly for answer writing guidance and feedback; commitment to ethical, inclusive, and learner-centric counselling practices.
