Responsibilities
Plan and conduct training sessions and practice drills
Teach sport-specific skills, techniques, and rules
Ensure safety and injury-prevention during training
Motivate and mentor athletes to improve performance
Prepare teams for competitions and tournaments
Track player progress and provide feedback
Coordinate with parents/school/management when required
Maintain sports equipment and training facilities
