Role Description The Co-Founder With Investment role is a senior leadership position responsible for shaping the company’s strategic direction and contributing capital to support growth initiatives. This on-site role, based in India, involves collaborating on business planning, refining service offerings, and driving marketplace-focused consulting projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating new business opportunities, overseeing key client engagements, guiding sales and marketing efforts, and contributing to research-driven solutions that improve client performance.



The Co-Founder will work closely with other leaders to build partnerships, strengthen the company’s market presence, and ensure sustainable, profitable expansion.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketplace and growth strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Background in marketing, particularly in designing and executing growth-focused campaigns.
- Research skills to support market analysis, competitive assessment, and strategy development.
- Prior leadership or entrepreneurial experience, ideally in consulting, marketplace, or related domains.
- Capacity to invest financially in the company and actively participate in high-level decision-making.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in India and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
