Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central role in shaping Sustainaera’s vision, strategy, and growth as part of a small, high-impact leadership team. This full-time remote role involves defining and executing business plans, identifying market opportunities, and driving sustainable product and service offerings.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, guiding brand positioning, building strategic partnerships, and contributing to fundraising and investor relations. The Co-Founder will collaborate closely with other leaders on research-driven decision-making, operational processes, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with sustainability goals. This role also includes mentoring team members,



representing the company in external forums, and helping build a culture of transparency, accountability, and impact.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to evaluate markets, consumer behavior, and sustainability trends.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present ideas clearly, and represent the brand externally.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to drive customer acquisition, build partnerships, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to develop go-to-market strategies, manage campaigns, and strengthen brand awareness.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in startups, business building, or leadership roles.
- Demonstrated interest in sustainability, eco-friendly products, or conscious consumerism.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, make data-informed decisions, and adapt quickly to change.
- Relevant academic background in business, marketing, sustainability, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
