Role Description The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in shaping product vision, strategy, and execution for Nikat AI in a full-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating on the product roadmap, validating hypotheses through user research, and overseeing feature development with the engineering and design teams.

The Co-Founder will support growth initiatives by experimenting with go-to-market strategies, building partnerships with local businesses and RWAs, and identifying opportunities to scale the platform in target neighborhoods. The role involves setting measurable goals, tracking key performance metrics, and using data to inform decisions around user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The Co-Founder will also help with fundraising, investor communication, and building a strong, mission-driven team culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to understand user needs, assess market opportunities, and make data-informed decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams, engage stakeholders, and represent the company to partners and investors.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to drive user acquisition,



build partnerships, and support go-to-market and community growth strategies.
- Experience in early-stage startups, product management, or building digital platforms and communities is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with AI-driven products, consumer internet, or hyperlocal/community-focused solutions is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving context.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Design, Communications) or equivalent practical experience.

The Role: Co-Founder (Market Growth, Strategy & Fundraising) We are looking for a visionary, execution-driven Co-Founder to lead our business operations, market growth, strategic positioning, and investor relations. As a core member of the leadership team, you will take NikatAI from an emerging ecosystem to a category-defining platform, scaling our footprint across urban neighborhoods.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Market Growth & Expansion Strategy

- Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution: Design and execute robust GTM strategies to scale user acquisition, resident engagement,



and active community groups across pilot regions (such as Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore).
- Ecosystem Partnerships: Forge strategic alliances with local businesses, micro-vendors, retail brands, and regional agencies to drive platform adoption.
- Creator & Community Scaling: Accelerate the adoption of the Verified Creator & Influencer Trust Layer, positioning NikatAI as the go-to network for regional experts and trusted voices.
- User Acquisition Loops: Build high-retention engagement loops leveraging our "New in My Area" discovery modules and Relocation/New-to-Area Explorer.

1. Fundraising & Investor Relations

- Capital Raising: Lead the fundraising roadmap, including seed/angel rounds, venture capital outreach, and pitch deck development.
- Financial Modeling: Own the startup’s financial models, unit economics, burn rate projections, and ROI metrics for investor presentations.
- Grant & Incubation Opportunities: Identify and secure government grants, startup incubators, and strategic tech-ecosystem funding programs.

- Monetization & Business Models: Refine and execute monetization pathways for small business dashboards, brand/agency creator collaborations, and localized digital placements.
- Brand Positioning: Establish NikatAI as India’s premier AI-powered trusted neighborhood intelligence network through public building, PR, and ecosystem networking.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Startup Experience: Proven track record (0-to-1 or early-stage startup experience) in scaling a tech product, marketplace, or community platform.
- Commercial Acumen: Deep expertise in growth marketing, user acquisition metrics, B2B/B2C partnerships, and business development.
- Fundraising Capability: Prior experience or strong networks in pitching to angel investors, early-stage VCs, and accelerators.
- Passion for Local Ecosystems: A strong vision for how AI, data synthesis, and community networks can transform neighborhood economies and urban living.
- Founder Mindset: High agency, resilience, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
