Are you a Mechanical Engineer / MEP Professional with strong experience in HVAC and Plumbing and the ambition to build something of your own?

KORD MEP Systems is looking for a motivated Co-Founder / Mechanical MEP Partner to take leadership of our HVAC, Plumbing & Mechanical Engineering vertical.

This is not a conventional employment opportunity.

We are looking for someone who wants to build, lead and grow a business together.

? Your Role

As the Mechanical MEP Partner, you will take ownership of:

HVAC

- HVAC load calculations
- VRF / VRV systems
- Chilled water systems
- Ventilation & exhaust systems
- Duct design and sizing
- AHU / FCU / FAHU design
- HVAC BOQ and estimation
- HVAC coordination and site support

Plumbing

- Water supply system design
- Drainage & sanitary systems
- Hot & cold water systems
- Rainwater harvesting
- STP / wastewater systems
- Plumbing layouts and calculations
- Plumbing BOQ and estimation
- Site coordination and supervision

? Business Responsibilities

Beyond technical design, you will have the opportunity to lead the Mechanical MEP vertical of KORD, including:

- Developing HVAC & Plumbing service offerings
- Building relationships with architects, builders, contractors and developers
- Client meetings and technical presentations
- Preparing proposals and quotations
- Project coordination
- Quality control and technical review
- Building and managing the mechanical engineering team
- Developing new business opportunities
- Helping establish KORD as a trusted MEP engineering brand

? Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who has:

✅ Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field

✅ Strong practical knowledge of HVAC & Plumbing MEP

✅ Experience in MEP design / consultancy / execution

✅ Knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant MEP design tools

✅ Ability to prepare BOQ, estimation and technical documentation





✅ Good understanding of building services coordination

✅ Strong communication and client-handling skills

✅ Entrepreneurial mindset

✅ Willingness to take ownership and responsibility

✅ Interest in building a long-term business, not just finding another job
