Our mission is to create compelling, globally relevant stories across multiple formats, genres, and languages, leveraging the latest advances in generative AI to dramatically accelerate production while maintaining cinematic quality. We are currently developing multiple original IPs spanning a wide range of genres, designed for global audiences across dedicated content brands and channels. Our productions include:

- Long-form cinematic storytelling

- Short-form vertical content
- Multi-channel digital entertainment

Vault Studios is not a traditional production house. We are building a scalable AI-native studio where storytelling, technology, and creativity come together to create globally competitive entertainment. We are looking for a Co-Founder – Investment & Business Growth to join Vault Studios at its founding stage. This is an equity-first founding role. Until Vault Studios reaches a stage where it can offer salaries, co-founders are free to continue their existing professional commitments while contributing during evenings, weekends, or other mutually agreed hours.

This is a rare opportunity to build an entertainment company from the ground up alongside the founder, shaping its vision, business strategy, partnerships, and long-term growth.

Investment Criteria:





Applicants should be willing to make a minimum investment of ₹10 Lakhs into the company in exchange for founder equity. This is an equity-first founding role. Until Vault Studios reaches a stage where it can offer salaries, co-founders are free to continue their existing professional commitments while contributing during weekends, or other mutually agreed hours.

The exact equity structure will depend on strategic value, experience, involvement, and long-term commitment.

- Drive business strategy and long-term growth.
- Identify revenue opportunities across digital platforms, licensing, partnerships, and emerging media.
- Build relationships with investors, strategic partners, brands, and media companies.
- Help shape the company's commercial roadmap.
- Recruit future leadership and key talent.
- Stay ahead of global AI, media, creator economy, and entertainment trends.
- Contribute to strategic decisions beyond day-to-day operations.
