Company Description Homeday is a one-stop app for trusted home and health services, powered by Aroma Real Estate (Aroma Group). The platform connects users with verified professionals for daily maids, electricians, plumbers, nurses, doctors, and salon experts, providing quick and reliable service.

With over 700 service providers, Homeday focuses on convenience, reliability, and ease of access. The app currently serves customers across Gurgaon, Patna, and other locations, bringing essential services directly to users’ doorsteps. Homeday is growing its footprint and aims to become a leading on-demand services platform in India.

Role Description As a Co-founder at Homeday, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s strategy, growth, and operations, while also committing financial investment to the venture. This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, where you will work closely with the founding team to refine the business model, expand market presence, and strengthen partnerships with service providers and stakeholders.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing product development, optimizing the user experience, guiding marketing and sales initiatives, and monitoring performance metrics. You will also participate in fundraising activities, investor relations, and long-term planning to support sustainable growth.



The role requires hands-on involvement in decision-making, problem-solving, and building a strong organizational culture.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in entrepreneurship, business leadership, or co-founding a startup, with the ability to drive strategy and execution.
- Strong background in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally within technology, consumer services, or marketplace platforms.
- Financial acumen and readiness to make a significant investment in the company, along with experience in budgeting, forecasting, or fundraising.
- Understanding of product management, operations, or service delivery, with a focus on customer experience and process efficiency.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida on a full-time basis and take a hands-on approach to daily business challenges.
- Prior experience in the home services, health services, or on-demand marketplace sector is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
