Lead Application Engineer:

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Lead complete project lifecycle from initiation to handover.

Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation.

Ensure project delivery within timelines, budget, and agreed quality standards.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

HVAC Project Management

Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular progress meetings and provide status updates.

Address project-related escalations and implement corrective actions.

Team Leadership

Ensure effective workforce utilization and performance management.

Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

BE/ME (Instrumentation / Electrical/ Electronics / Electronics & Communication.

Experience





Minimum 5-7 years of experience Automation (PLC programming/SCADA), developing logics, building automation remote engineering and BMS Graphics.

Technical Skills

In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems: chillers, VRF, ventilation, ducting, and cooling systems.

Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.

Understanding of project drawings, technical specifications, and contractual documentation.

Core Competencies

Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Solid analytical and problem-solving approach.

Experience in the field of Automation (PLC programming/SCADA).
