Role Description As a Co-Founder at Happytrips.in, you will help define the company’s vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap while overseeing key business functions. On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate on product development, content strategy, partnerships, and user growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with our mission of empowering travelers.

You will work closely with other founders to make decisions on resource allocation, technology investments, and market positioning, while actively contributing to brand development and community engagement.



This is a full-time leadership role with significant ownership responsibilities and decision-making authority, and it is a remote role.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in entrepreneurship, founding or scaling digital products, or leading early-stage startups.
- Background in travel, online content, consumer internet, or related industries, with a strong understanding of traveler behavior.
- Proficiency in business strategy, operations, and basic financial planning, including budgeting and revenue modeling.
- Ability to collaborate on product and technology decisions, working effectively with designers, writers, and developers.
- Solid communication and leadership skills, with a track record of building teams, fostering inclusive cultures, and managing stakeholders.
- Experience with growth, marketing, or community-building for digital platforms, including data-driven decision-making.
- Comfort with remote work, high ownership, and ambiguity, with the ability to execute and iterate quickly.
- Relevant academic background (e.g., business, marketing, communications, technology) or equivalent practical experience.
