We are looking for a CNG Cascade Maintenance Technician to inspect and maintain CNG cascade vehicles and ensure safe and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily inspection of CNG cascade vehicles before dispatch.
- Check valves, pipelines, hoses, pressure gauges and safety equipment.
- Perform loading/unloading valve operations as per SOP.
- Check for gas leakage and report any abnormalities immediately.
- Ensure safety locks, pressure relief valves and emergency shut-off systems are working properly.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on vehicle/cascade equipment.
- Inspect tyres, brakes, lights, suspension and overall vehicle condition.
- Maintain daily inspection and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with drivers during loading and unloading operations.
- Follow all safety procedures and statutory requirements for CNG transportation.
- Report equipment failures, damages and safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper PPE and housekeeping are maintained.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of CNG/LNG/LPG or industrial gas handling.




- Knowledge of valves, pressure gauges, pipelines and safety equipment.
- Ability to identify basic mechanical faults and gas leakage.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong commitment to safety.

Eligibility
- ITI – Fitter / Mechanical / Diesel Mechanic or Diploma – Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in CNG/LNG/LPG, tanker/cascade maintenance, fleet maintenance or industrial gas operations is preferred.

Experience 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Preferred candidates: CNG Cascade Technician, Mechanical Technician, Fleet Maintenance Technician, ITI Fitter, Diesel Mechanic or candidates with relevant CNG/industrial gas experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
