Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Setter and Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines,



ensuring production runs smoothly, and producing high-quality components in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC machines (milling, turning, etc.) for various parts and materials.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Load materials and tooling into CNC machines, ensuring proper alignment and secure set-up.
- Monitor machine operation and adjust settings to ensure consistent quality and minimize defects.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any operational issues.
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and adherence to specifications using measuring instruments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet health and safety standards.
- Follow all company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a CNC Setter and Operator (minimum 2 years).
- Robust knowledge of CNC machinery, programming, and tool setting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- CNC programming experience (G-code and M-code).
- Certification in CNC machining or related field.
