Job Title: CNC Turning Machine Operator

Position:CNC Turning Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities

- Set up CNC turning machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining specifications.
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools, inserts, holders, and work-holding fixtures.
- Set tool offsets, work offsets, tool geometry, and wear offsets.
- Load and verify CNC programs and make necessary program corrections.
- Perform program prove-out, dry runs, single-block checks, and tool-path verification.
- Operate CNC turning machines and monitor the machining process.
- Make offset adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Follow work instructions, process sheets, inspection plans, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Tool Room,



and Engineering teams to resolve machining issues.
- Minimize rejection, rework, tool consumption, and machine downtime.

Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Relevant CNC turning experience preferred.
- Fresh ITI/Diploma candidates with basic CNC knowledge may also be considered.

Experience 2–5 years of experience in CNC turning machine setting and operation preferred
