? Job Summary We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer with hands-on experience in AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, and ArtCAM to develop and optimize CNC programs for precision cutting, engraving, and panel processing.

The candidate will be responsible for converting design files into machine-ready programs, ensuring production accuracy, minimizing material wastage, and maintaining quality standards.

The role requires a strong technical understanding of CNC routing machines, especially in WPC, MDF, and panel-based manufacturing.

? Key Responsibilities ➝ ➝ Create and modify CNC programs using AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, and ArtCAM

➝ Convert 2D drawings and design files into machine-readable G-code

➝ Prepare nesting layouts to optimize material usage and reduce wastage

➝ Operate and monitor CNC routing machines for cutting, engraving, and shaping

➝ Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality compliance as per drawings





➝ Coordinate with design and production teams for job execution

➝ Troubleshoot programming and machine-related issues

➝ Maintain a program library and machine documentation

➝ Perform test runs and ensure error-free output before mass production

➝ Follow safety standards and machine maintenance guidelines

? Required Skills ➝ Proficiency in AutoCAD

➝ Working knowledge of CorelDRAW

➝ Hands-on experience in ArtCAM

➝ Strong understanding of CNC machine operations and tooling

➝ Knowledge of nesting and material optimization

➝ Ability to read technical drawings

➝ Basic understanding of G-code programming

➝ Solid problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills

? Experience ➝ 2–5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in the panel, WPC, furniture, interior, or door manufacturing industry preferred

? Education ➝ Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Production, CNC Programming, or a related field preferred
